LANSING, Mich. — Sen. Jim Runestad, R-White Lake, on Thursday welcomed to the Capitol Frank Dick (left) of Lenawee County and Victor Cross (center) of Genesee County.
Dick and Cross are Michigan’s last two remaining survivors of the Battle of the Bulge.
