Sen. Runestad update on new Democrat rules and law
Democrats allow able-body dads to collect taxpayer benefits, even if they refuse to pay child support. Also, a new bill will allow a 21-year-old kid with little training to receive sensitive CPS information, while legislators and the media are denied.

Finally, a use for our tax dollars that can really make a difference.
There’s a lot of things government spends money on that I think is inappropriate, but feeding hungry people is one of the things I think is a good use of our money. It is literally quite often a public safety issue. I delivered with Meals on Wheels for about a year and a half and saw the grinding poverty that this essential program helps to combat. I was very happy to help get a kitchen for this program that covers the western half of Oakland County and all of the Livingston county. They had to move the kitchen constantly and Volunteers had to constantly find a new place to operate. Now everything’s contained in one spot and it is vastly more efficient.
